  • Our tuition center offers a credit system that provides flexibility to our students. You can decide how many lessons you want for the month, pay for the credits, and use them for any subject you like, including IA/EE/TOK fees. Any remaining fees will be adjusted accordingly. It's an easy and convenient way to customize your learning experience to fit your schedule.

  • To ensure seamless scheduling and lesson planning, we kindly request that all payments be made by the first week of each month. If no extra sessions are requested, a fee equivalent to 4/5 lessons will be due for months with four or five weeks, respectively. You can easily make your payment through PayNow at +6592950083 or via bank transfer to our Standard Chartered Bank account (0127840001). Once payment is confirmed, we will promptly send you an invoice for your records. We strive to make the payment process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible for our students and parents.

  • We understand that selecting the right tutor can be a crucial decision for any student. That's why we offer all our new students a free 30-minute online consultation session. During this session, our tutors will take the time to get to know you better and address any questions or misconceptions you may have. Alternatively, you can choose a specific topic that you'd like the tutor to go through with you. This personalized approach allows you to gauge if the tutor's teaching style is a good fit for you.   • We recognize that unforeseeable circumstances may arise, causing you to miss a scheduled weekly lesson. We kindly ask that you inform your tutor at least three days in advance of any non-emergency absences. To ensure continuity of learning, any missed lessons must be cleared by the time of the next payment, which is due in the first week of the following month. Make-up lessons can be scheduled at a convenient time for both you and the tutor. However, if lessons are not cleared by the time of the next payment, they will be forfeited. We strive to maintain a high standard of excellence in our lessons and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and productive learning experience.

  • If a tutor needs to reschedule a lesson that's non-emergent, they'll let you know at least 3 days in advance. We'll work with you to find a convenient new lesson time before the next payment period (by the 1st week of the next month), so you won't miss out on any learning.

  • Our lessons are 1.5hours long. Should you/your child require longer sessions, the fees will be pro rated accordingly.
